Great American Cookies

WORST LOCATION EVER! I tried to pick up my son’s cookie cake and the hispanic man working there didnt even acknowledge me! I had to get his attention to be served! Then to make matters worse, the cookie cake he gave me looked VERY DRY! I asked him how recent do they bake them and he immediately caught an attitude with me and raised his voice at me! I immediately asked for a refund because of the dry cake and his bad attitude and he tells me “YOU SHOULDVE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE I CHARGED IT!” I could not believe what I was hearing! This man’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable and honestly he gave me very discriminatory vibes! If this location doesn't like to deal with people of other colors, then just say that! I will never go back here again!!

I came to pick up an order and the lady obviously saw me. I'm a black woman and she didn't even serve me. Then she asked the guy to help me. Like really you're a Mexican and your gonna treat me like I'm invisible!!!
How are you working in the mall with tons of different types of people and you just ignore your customers like that!!! That's insane! 2024 ppl lets grow up!!!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I don't even know how this Location is still in business. My sister's cookie was wrong. I called yesterday and spoke with an employee, he said he would remake the cookie and I could pick-up in two hours. About 30 minutes later the manager, Manuel called told me they would not remake my cookie and he flat out told me, I was lying and that my cookie was correct. I asked him for the number to corporate and he said and I quote "hell naw" and hung up in my face. This is not my first encounter with this Location. They are always rude but this time was the worst. The entire staff needs to be fired. I hope someone from corporate reads this and not the manager.

The young Áfrican American decided to talk to somebody in the counter.she was ignoring me for 20Minutes never took my order so I left bad service hire energetic people that want to work

These cookies have changed since the last time we’ve had them. They are so paper thin and dry that I thought I was eating a sweet cracker crisp. If this is the same at all the other GAC I will not be eating them ever again. So disappointed☹️

I’m pretty sure he wants to be at home watching tv instead of taking care of his customers. He looks short, with a beanie and he is big too. Please we don’t need those kind of attitude. They are expensive and they all taste exactly the same. I got 5 different kinds and they all tasted exactly the same way too sweet. All you taste is pure sugar. A waste of $12

very clean and tidy the place good presentation of the staff, very friendly, they have a variety of cookies with nice presentations.

I think this place is awesome!! I ordered my husband a cookie cake on his birthday and they had it ready within about 3 hours. I'm sure it was because they wasn't busy but I'm still impressed and thankful they were able to do it the same day on such a short notice!!

They do not warm the cookies at all. The cookies taste stale and some are over cooked. Will not be getting any more from this location the quality is very low compared to the location in Tomball.
