Had a cookie cake made for a friends birthday. Turn around time was very efficient. I was able to place my order the day before and request a certain design made. I was met with friendly staff that exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would come back to this location again.

Maybe their cookie cakes look and taste great but their actual cookies are sad and taste the way old assorted grocery store cookies taste.. I came in at the end of the day so maybe they were stale.. 🤷♀️ disappointed

Poor service. Employees prefer to fill the online orders rather than talk to a walk in customer. The second employee just sat there not helping at all. If you do online, maybe your order will be ready. If you want to stop by on a whim, do not visit this location. You will wait too long to be served.

Made an online order this morning with about 3 hours of turnaround time. Came in for quick service and exactly what I envisioned. Biran was so kind and helpful and made sure the cookie cake was perfect for me before I left the store. Will come back again!

Ordered at 9am for a 12:30pm pick up, they had it ready ahead of time.

Ordered a birthday cookie for a coworker. Not sure why they put Gurl so small and off to the left side…. Very disappointed. And when we asked to make it bigger we were told the original cookie was square… not sure how that would affect the size and proportion of the words to look centered and nice on the cookie? Especially if you know it looks bad and miscalculated the size it would make sense to fix it before you give it to me. For $40? No thank you.
