I paid upfront for a whole sheet cookie and the largest peanut butter ice cream cake they offer. Everything was yummy and looked great.My cookie cake was not the flavor I ordered (DF) and had a misspelled name. I believe the person who took the order did not communicate with the person who made the order. I gave them my number, and they lost it, so they could not call me before making my order. Great place to come! Today was my first time being at a Great American Cookies and the lady Kianna who was on shift was so Nice and welcoming! The Cookies there are amazing and so was the ice cream that i had! 10/10 would recommend!
Absolutely loved my cake, it honestly exceeded my expectations! Kianna was helping me out and she did exactly what I asked for. She was so friendly! I had a great experience at this location. Location was also very clean
