The lady was helpful, she answered all of my questions. I wasn't able to get a picture fast enough because both of my sons attacked it. They absolutely loved it, it was too sweet for me but I do like their red velvet cookie.

Called to place a simple order for 12” cookie cake and the guy didn’t understand what I wanted . A person can only explain in so many ways to write down 12” cookie cake . Employees need to listen to a customer and learn how to communicate before they get a job ! Obviously bad training

We purchased a cookie slice and a cookie from them. my cookie tasted like soap. my son gets hurt a few minutes after the purchase and his forehead is full of blood. i go to ask for some ice. the employee (who was nice) tells me they dont have bags to put the ice in.i ask if i can just have a cup with ice. he goes to get it and then comes back and tells me he has to charge me 75 cents for the cup.i could tell he wanted to give it to me because he could sense my panic and urgency to help my crying and bleeding son. the manager comes and says something right in front of me and my children. he should have minded his business. i dont need parenting advice or judgement from anyone. especially not someone who cared so much more about money rather than helping my son who was crying in pain right in front of him! Selfish and greedy!!!!. i will make sure my family and friends lnow about this and not give him business ever again.

Purchased a a cookie cake slice and some cookies & couldn’t get a box to put them in. Was told they didn’t have boxes for our cookies, but the had plenty of boxes.

Went to the store yesterday and got served the worst pretzel dog and mini pretzel dog bites ever!! The pretzel dog was so hard I couldn’t even bite into the bread. Then I got home and gave the bites to my grand baby and she put them in the trash. She said the bread was too tough. There is a time limit on those items for a reason. When they are that hard to eat it makes you wonder how long they were sitting there. Never again will I go there. I definitely wish Michelle would have been working yesterday b/c she never would’ve served us food of that quality!

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. The customer service is terrible and the management is less than subpar!! My family and I went to grab some cookies while we were waiting for our table to be ready at one of the neighboring restaurants. Upon arrival to the location we started to chat and joke with the employees about some of the crumbs that they had of an item that we had never tried before. We joking asked if we could buy the crumbs to sample since the employee informed us that they have a policy that states that she can’t give samples. So we joked around about how trivial policies like that can be. As they were preparing our cookies we paid and were waiting to receive our sweet treats. We got a message that our table was ready so we politely asked if we could just cancel the order since we had not received the cookies yet and our dinner table was ready. The young lady then turns to the “manager” and asks for assistance. (This is were things took a turn for the worst.) Enters “manager” Israel... Aggressively lumbering up to the register spitefully tells the employee IN SPANISH “I’m not going to give this girl a refund because she has offended me and is trying to take me for an idiot.” Now poor little Israel did not bet on me a “black” women understanding and speaking Spanish as well. I then responded to him in English if you have something to say I would like you to keep the conversation in English so everyone can understand. Israel face flushed red looks and me and says in Spanish “Oh great for you that you know Spanish.” I requested him again (this time in Spanish) to speak in English so that everyone can understand what is being said and what is going on. Israel continued to spout the same phrase again IN SPANISH “You have insulted me and you are trying to make me look like and idiot so you can choose a different product or leave.” Mind you we have been trying to explain in several different ways that we were not asking for a refund because of the crumbs, we really did not want the cookies because our table was ready. After going back and forth at great length with Israel still refusing to give us our money back for the items we still have not received or his supervisors info and my sister bursting into tears of frustration and anger Israel begrudgingly gave us our money back. He then continued as we walked away to spout profanities in Spanish. I will NEVER be coming back to this location and honestly if ISRAEL is there then I suggest you do the same!! He turned a fun night of celebration and good spirits into a terrible interaction due to his pride and a crumb.

They will let you place an order over the phone, but will never refund you if you cancel unless you visit them. Unethical employees and management. I called my bank that confirmed that they shouldn't need me to walk back In-Person just to cancel an order. You are better off going to H-Mart and getting a higher quality cake there.
I was highly disappointed. I went there for cookies and a cup of water was told that the new owner said they are no longer allowed to serve water. I asked even if I pay for it she explained no! So the solution was for me to purchase a fountain drink and just have water put in the cup!

Ordered online after hours during curb side pickup only/stay at home orders. Team called me the next day to make sure everything was correct; they were so nice and professional! And the cookie was awesome! Thank you for being so helpful and reassuring.

I never got my cookie it was that day at the mall with the fake shooting incident and I never received my cookie nor did I receive a call I spent money on a cookie I never got
