Called to place a simple order for 12” cookie cake and the guy didn’t understand what I wanted . A person can only explain in so many ways to write down 12” cookie cake . Employees need to listen to a customer and learn how to communicate before they get a job ! Obviously bad training
We purchased a cookie slice and a cookie from them. my cookie tasted like soap. my son gets hurt a few minutes after the purchase and his forehead is full of blood. i go to ask for some ice. the employee (who was nice) tells me they dont have bags to put the ice in.i ask if i can just have a cup with ice. he goes to get it and then comes back and tells me he has to charge me 75 cents for the cup.i could tell he wanted to give it to me because he could sense my panic and urgency...read full review

The lady was helpful, she answered all of my questions. I wasn't able to get a picture fast enough because both of my sons attacked it. They absolutely loved it, it was too sweet for me but I do like their red velvet cookie.
