Top notch bbq! Hidden gem that will soon be on Texas Monthlys top 50. Everything I had was excellent. Brisket, sausage, ribs, brisket biscuit, pork belly, green chili mac, potato salad, all primo! Definitely will be back. Oh Don and his crew are top notch people as well 🙂

Amazing barbecue and down to earth people sweet ribs are the bomb along with the brisket and pulled pork and off the chain brisket biscuit.

Awesome Brisket, Brisket biscuits, and great smoked sausage. I highly recommend grabbing a bottle of their BBQ sauce as well.

Best BBQ in Texas in my opinion.

Pork ribs so flavorful and tender that they don't need sauce. Brisket falls apart, no knife required. Fully loaded potato salad is to die for!

All I can say is wow. This is one of the top 3 BBQ places that I will give my stamp of approval. All the smoked meats are stellar which portrays Taste, Tenderness, Texture, and Appearance. The potato salad is something to slap somebody for as it was so so delicious. The staff gave 100% professionalism with courteous and kindness. Oh the BBQ Sauce was spot on tasty. Last but not least, I talked to Don who gave some great advice all the while busy getting ready to setup to open. Needless to say I will be back. Kudos
