I really enjoyed my visit to Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ. Grilling the food at the table made the meal more interactive and enjoyable. The marinades were delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient.

We had some technical difficulties with their reward program being able to be redeemed but Daniel was able to resolve it pretty quickly and always seemed so helpful. We had plenty of request and he always assisted us with a smile

Honestly just disappointed in the service. Walk in at 9:10 and waited over 20 minutes u til someone even came to the front, And that was only because a family went to get someone. Terrible job especially when someone drives here expecting to eat and just gets treated like a fly on the wall. I have no choice but to come here since it’s closest to me but that’s just honestly HORRIBLE it ruined my whole night.
Had an amazing experience with our family here. Daniel was an amazing waiter. Can't wait for the next time we come back.
