My burger came with a slice of wax paper between beef and cheese. Didn’t realize till half eaten. Complained to waitstaff and was told “ it’s just the paper that comes between the slices of cheese, do you want another half burger?” Uhh no. I’m full on the paper you just served me. No offer to compensate or reduce fee. Had to tip up front before served. Will not be back.

They are quick to ask to add a tip and key it in themselves. Asked for a cup water to go with a $24 drink. Never got that. Never checked on me again. Plenty other places at the airport. Stay clear of this one.

Overpriced for burgers but it is the airport so 🤷‍♀️wait staff kept forgetting about me. First my tea, then the ketchup I asked for, finally brining it after I almost finished my fries. She was extremely busy so I tried to stay patient. Wait staff not shy about complaining loud enough for everyone to hear. Using profanity while I’m only assuming speaking of another coworker. Slow to clear away customers left behind food & mess, which in turn attracted gnats. Like where did they come from?!?! Just not really worth it to me.

The bar wasn't cleaned after prior guests. Food terrible and expensive. $53 for chips, guac n double marg. The employees could not be less interested EXCEPT one woman who seemed to be a manager. She was on the ball. I did love the ability to order in app.

Holy s*** $20.38 for a beer. Walk past

The food was ok, nothing special but expensive (airport costs). But apparently a wedge salad is something new for them or it's really changed. We were also charged an automatic 15% tip gratuity. Unfortunately, you don't have a lot of choice in this terminal.

This place is driving away customers with their buggy app, that you have to use to order, that also pushes random plates and desserts into your cart and then you get an automatic tip thrown onto your tab, and all this without even being greeted/acknowledged by anyone, much less given any service or drink on which to base your tip on.

Lots of negative reviews on here, but my experience was great! Staff was very friendly and attentive (the redhead is weird, but not in a bad way 😂) and the food was more than I could eat! Sure the price was high, but it's a fresh food at an airport. Would burger again.

Yesterday my partner and I stopped for a drink before our flight. Service was fine until I asked for the bill- the bar tender then took my card and charged it. I asked what the total was and he looked annoyed and said “oh was $37 and thats why I asked you wanted a texted receipt.” I’m a server myself and would never charge someone with out first telling them the tab. He was really rude to us after and kind of glared at us while we waited for our flight.

The man next to us asked if he could leave a tip and female bartender said an 18% had already been included. To which he was surprised and understandably felt awkward about. The lady then asked he wanted to cancel the tip in front of everyone which was just awkward. He was upset and just walked away. At this point we could hear both the other bartenders on the other end of the bar talking about how “they don’t need his money anyways.” It was clear they hate their clients and if you don’t enjoy service they should find different jobs.

If I wasn’t already so uncomfortable I would have liked my %18 tip back too (that I did not know would be added in this first place). Please teach your employees some transparency general customer service skills.

The good: I will first start off by saying the waitresses and cook on 12/19/24 @ 1330 were very pleasant and attentive.

The bad: $22+tax USD for a mediocre burger with NO FRIES is crazy work. Condiments are served in little squeeze packets. There are some decent places to eat in Terminal C, this is not one of them. Go to Alchemy instead.

Can’t rate the food because it never got served. Service would get 0 stars but not an option! Charged an 18% tip on a Diet Coke. When I said I preferred not to sip on the service waitstaff said no way to issue a refund! Don’t waste your time!

*** Edited. Requested to speak to the manager and he really went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Took me to another one of his restaurants in the airport and comped a meal.
I truly appreciate him caring about the customer and therefore will give a 5star on service and food for the pizza place just down from H Burger.

The staff at this location are lazy and liars. Myself and 3 other strangers, all looking for a restaurant in the terminal still open at 21:05 in the evening, sat down at after being told by several other restaurant hostesses that H Burger was open until at least 21:30. No sooner than we sat down a rude little girl behind the bar said “we’re closed” I told her I looked at their hours online and they said they were open until 22:00, and her response was “we’re closed”. No “I’m sorry but…”, “Unfortunately, the hours are incorrect” just a matter of fact “we’re closed”. Hopefully the franchisee sees this review and realizes how much rev he’s potentially losing every night because of the evening staff, when they could be capitalizing on a solid hour that they claim they’re open online when every other restaurant in the terminal is closed.

I was there coming back to OC and wanted to enjoy a beer for me an my 2 friends, the online menu makes it a bit complicated because the menu wasn't downloading, my friend tried on his phone and it was the same issue, there is 2 bar tenders standing waiting for drinks to be processes so they can make them. One of the bartenders ( a lady) offered to help me order online which I appreciate, she used the restaurants wifi and proceeded to charge me and asked me to sign. I checked my bill and she gave her self $5.75 just to pour 3 beers, I don't mind tipping at all but I think almost six dollars for tipping is ridiculous, not sure if this is a common practice but I wasn't happy.
