The staff at this location are lazy and liars. Myself and 3 other strangers, all looking for a restaurant in the terminal still open at 21:05 in the evening, sat down at after being told by several other restaurant hostesses that H Burger was open until at least 21:30. No sooner than we sat down a rude little girl behind the bar said “we’re closed” I told her I looked at their hours online and they said they were open until 22:00, and her response was “we’re closed”. No “I’m sorry but…”, “Unfortunately, the hours are incorrect” just a matter of fact “we’re closed”. Hopefully the franchisee sees this review and realizes how much rev he’s potentially losing every night because of the evening staff, when they could be capitalizing on a solid hour that they claim they’re open online when every other restaurant in the terminal is closed.
I was there coming back to OC and wanted to enjoy a beer for me an my 2 friends, the online menu makes it a bit complicated because the menu wasn't downloading, my friend tried on his phone and it was the same issue, there is 2 bar tenders standing waiting for drinks to be processes so they can make them. One of the bartenders ( a lady) offered to help me order online which I appreciate, she used the restaurants wifi and proceeded to charge me and asked me to sign. I checked my bill and she gave her self $5.75 just to pour 3 beers, I don't mind tipping at all but I think almost six dollars for tipping is ridiculous, not sure if this is a common practice but I wasn't happy.

I went there on October 11th and the guy bartender was rude. He did not acknowledge me when I approach. The woman bartender attempted to place my order, when in fact she got it completely wrong. When I told them this, the guy bartender came up and said there was a misunderstanding because I did not place my order correctly. I knew exactly what I ordered and he wasn’t even around when I placed the order with the woman bartender. Remember, he never acknowledge me and he was rude as hell so, how could you have heard a conversation when you was nowhere around? Never again! I’m disputing my transaction too.

Unpleasant staff.. expecting one customer to know everything that staff knows about menu and what's available is ridiculous. Try to be informative and kind.. terrible service!!!

Please tell me that there is a better option than a salty impossible burger with fries and a bottle of San Pellegrino for a Straight Edge like me at the airport ?????
PS. The service was great!
Vegetarian options: They have some salads, guacamole, and some veggie burgers.

Cool looking place and we sat down at the bar and they said they were still open. After 10 full minutes, with only one other customer at the bar our drinks did not arrive. Just ordered a beer and a margarita, that's it. Staff was talking and were grumpy when we went to check on our order. Finally our boarding call came and we had to walk away without getting our drinks. There was another irate customer also there who had been waiting 18 minutes and still didn't get served. QR code order and pay. Staff did not even acknowledge us or have any conversation with us while waiting for food and drinks. If you are not sitting at the kitchen end forget about any customer service at all. Then they have the nerve to automatically tag on an 18% gratuity that you pay at ordering before you ever get a hello a drink your food or experience their service. We overheard them talking about how busy it was and how they were going to make “bank” tonight. Not because of their service but because all unsuspecting people were tipping if not really paying attention and the staff counted on it. Even though the food was pretty good these guys get an F. So many other great options in the airport. Skip this place.

This was the worst burger I’ve ever had. The guy I ordered it from told me it would take 10 - 15 mins and since I was in a hurry to catch my FLT, said fine, order, paid and tipped him. Then I sat back and watched perhaps the most incompetent cook in grill history grill my patty melt. He seemed aware that I was in a hurry and didn’t mind taking his time. By the time he took it off the grill (30 minutes after I ordered it)it was so overcooked I would not have fed it to my dog. I took 2 bites and handed it back. The guy working the front felt bad but cook should not ever be in the kitchen. It was truly a terrible completely uneatable burger. BTW I paid over $35 this experience. I would say avoid at all costs.

After a 9-hour flight, these employees were soo cool. The food was great.
I did enjoy my sandwich, it was delicious.Half the seating did not have power which would be more of a problem if there was not other seating available. The woman who served us was great and the 4 stars are not due to her at all.

Thirty mins to get a mediocre burger. The place had a staff of four people, yet service was poor because all orders/interactions must be placed via a website accessed with a qr code. Hence, it becomes an excuse for the staff to ignore their customers while they chat with each other.

Cheaper buying gas in San Francisco than a drink here, wait till you get on the plane - 1/3 the price!!! On the plus side, the employees were great!
Food is bland, over price and why is everything so expensive 18$ for a egg and spinach omelette with toast yeah
