There’s an impossible burger on the menu but it comes on a brioche bun with a special sauce, both of which are not vegan. Sad and kind of silly. I had a couple of beers with fries as this was right next to my gate. The service was awesome!

Vegan Vagabond

2 stars for at least having an Impossible Burger on the menu, but the only thing that I might consider edible is the side of chips and guacamole. Setting aside the cross contamination, which means nothing out of the fryer, or anything off of the grill (which is the only place they can cook the burger), the bun is doubtfully vegan, nor would be the sauce. If you don’t mind cross contamination, this place may be an option.

Airport bars are hit or miss. And this is definitely a miss. Avoid the over priced drinks 22$ for a long island that tasted more like a short shore with extra water. The guys who work behind the bar never talked nor tried to talk to any of the people at the bar. Save your money and find a bettet spot to spend your money.

Ordered 2 identical burgers. One was rare, one well done ? They never asked nor asked how is the food. I get the concept of airport food. But for $ 84 you might expect just little bit. Three out of four employees don't care, one guy is still trying, but he should be in charge of the place.

Airport bars are always expensive, so I expected that. This place has a decent menu, I got the wedge salad with chicken on the side plus some wine. They cook the food right there in front of you, so that's pretty cool. They are right at gate C35, which was great for me, that's the gate I need. Order and pay at the same time so when you are done, just walk away.

Wheelchair accessibility: Will be hard to sit here in a wheel chair

You need to scan a qr code to order. Still expected to tip. Then they don't even have what's on the menu. Ridiculous.

A $21 burger should come with fries. Overall a very mid experience.

This was the only place open early in the morning, I just have an overpriced coffee here. The coffee was not good but it was the only one available. The service is good.

Had a log day, pretty stressed out with a long layover. Bartender was very friendly and helpful and made my day better. Both girls working were so hospitable! You do need to order something to hang out at the bar, but thats understandable. I just got a drink to pass the time. Prices are high too but thats the airport tax life, the employees dont have control of that. It was a nice place to relax after crying in the bathroom from a bad day. Ordering on my phone was pretty sluggish but the employee handed me an ipad that worked much better. I don't know when I'll be back in the airport, but thanks for your kindness to me today!

It’s an airport. What do you expect but overpriced food and drinks. $20 for chili on top of fries? Well, you are at an airport. What I want to know is when does the OTG/Flo failed experience cease to exist? I’m all about technology, and the reasons for using it… but I’m sick of trying to sit here for five minutes while the page loads just to make an order. I probably spend at least ten minutes every time I order from an IAH restaurant on my phone just trying to select what I want and check out.Not to mention, I have not received a great number of receipts for my expense report, some due to my own error and others that were inherent mistakes of the system. When I try to rectify with a printed receipt, you cannot get one. This is dumb. And this is something that can be fixed. There is no excuse for being able to provide your customer a receipt for their transfer. The last time two times I “engaged” management to follow up and send my receipts, it went nowhere. My company is not happy with this and after today’s experience, I’m going to have to eat/dine outside of this airport if I want my expenses reimbursed.

They don’t except cash for a reason. When you buy something they automatically select 22% tip for a Togo order if uou don’t pay attention to it. Once I ordered she selected to confirm payment on my behave and I noticed it had 22% tip added to it. I took it down to 10% the she saw that and told the the chef to delay my order since I reduced their tip. I confronted her for purposely delaying my order she threatened me with calling TSA.

The new QR code system at the bar automatically includes an 18% tip and didn’t have a comment section to ask for drinks in plastic vs. glass. The bartender also seemed quite grumpy today. Hoping for better service next visit :(.
