Assortment of good quality meats and fish for hot pot (premium is worth it, lamb was our favorite cut) Tomato broth was my favorite broth and all the quail eggs you can eat 🫣 small portions of prepared foods that were good as well. Servers were attentive in taking away empty plates 👍

I ordered the premium which included the Ribeye, natural lamb brisket and Angus beef. The roasted lamb shank was included but I’d avoid it. It’s a little dry and just fills you up. All the meat was decent and I just focused on those items to make the most of the price.
