We were greeted and seated right away. I believe the first person to take our drink order was the manager and he was very active in helping in the dining area during our visit. He was doing a thorough job making sure all the tables were taken care of throughout our stay. Our waitress was great, the food was great and the mixed drinks were very good. Although our bill was higher than expected for the 6 of us, it was an overall great visit. We went on to spend more money at the shop in the front of the restaurant. The lady working the door and the counter was very nice and great to interact with.

The service overall was excellent! Our waiter was attentive and informative, he didn't waste anytime getting our orders in the kitchen and made sure that we enjoyed everything. The dining area was clean and well taken care of, as were the bathrooms. The one thing that concerned me is that the restaurant seemed a little understaffed, as our one waiter seemed to be taking care of several things; but he didn't at all seem bothered by it, and this did not affect the quality of service. The manager at one time popped by our table and said hello, which I found very respectable. Will be returning to this location in the future.

I’m from Houston and enjoy dining at the Hard Rock Cafe here. Each visit is always fun and the food is great. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. One that stands out is a manager named Jesus. He always has a genuine, kind attitude and makes sure to make me and other guests feel welcome and appreciated. This location is definitely worth a visit.

Food was good however we ordered nachos for an appetizer. Had to ask the waiter to check on it after 15 minutes of waiting. Nachos were still being prepared when dinner was coming out and told waiter i no longer want it. Also had a beer that was originally wrong that i had to wait another 10min to get my correct beverage. I then had to call the waiter over to get my check. All in all the food is good but service is absolutely terrible and was not worth the money I had to pay. I will not be returning to this location.
