The Phenix Cafe is a hidden gem located on the first floor of the Bob Casey U.S. Courthouse in Houston. It offers a broad variety of made-to-order food, including breakfast, lunch, and brunch options. The classic cheeseburger and fries are cooked to perfection, and the vegetarian options are also well-received. While not particularly kid-friendly, the cafe is known for its excellent customer service and delicious flaky, buttery croissants.
