We were greeted and seated right away. I believe the first person to take our drink order was the manager and he was very active in helping in the dining area during our visit. The service overall was excellent! Our waiter was attentive and informative, he didn't waste anytime getting our orders in the kitchen and made sure that we enjoyed everything. The dining area was clean and well taken care of, as were the bathrooms. The one thing that concerned me is that the restaurant seemed a little understaffed, as our one waiter seemed to be taking care of several things; but he didn't at all seem bothered by it, and this did not affect the quality...
I’m from Houston and enjoy dining at the Hard Rock Cafe here. Each visit is always fun and the food is great. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. One that stands out is a manager named Jesus. He always has a genuine, kind attitude and makes sure to make me and other guests feel welcome and appreciated. This location is definitely worth a visit.
