I had the 3 piece fish and it was horrible. The fish was either old or they fried it too much. It was only crust and when you break it in half the fish is dried out. I took a bite and it crumbled ! Never again!

I've been here for many years. Never have I been thus disappointed. I've been trying to get my 5pc deal for days now but they're closed at 730pm? Not just today but other days as well. All I can speak on is the chicken and it's always good (to me). I don't do buffets anymore. Various reasons. Please open up so I can get my chicken fix lol..

This is the most classic retro place , the food was good ..but the tenders were horrible in portion . The were more like nuggets. They even seemed to be made from thigh meat . Not breast , you can tell by the dark coloration . The peach cobbler was better than some locations which blew my mind . Other than that it's Hartz

Purchased food to go from buffet line. Went home to eat the food m, only to discover that the macaroni and cheese and rice and gravy were sour/spoiled and not safe to consume. Drove back to the restaurant and requested a refund from staff and manager, and a refund was refused. Food replacement was offered and told no refund woykd very given. I refused to accept food replacement for fear of getting unacceptable poor quality food again. I then mentioned reporting restaurants to the health department. Then the manager said he would issue a partial refund and told me not to ever come back to his restaurant after a refund was issued. The manager and staff had a very nasty attend and were very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. The manager yelled at me and was inconsiderate and refused to admit his food products were a violation and the fact that he could receive a large fine from the health department for serving spoiled/sour food items. People that order food to go don't taste their food before leaving the restaurant to know whether it's spoiled/sour therefore the no refund policy should be void and nin existentfor all customers. The health department needs to be notified every time there is a violation regarding the food and or beverages. This is one of the worst experiences I have had. I've warned you all.... The food was extremely horrible !!

My fried gizzards where over cooked. The roll was not warm. I always come here when I'm on this side of town to get my fried gizzards and gravy. Now I can save this garbage for my dog. Whoever is the cook should have been paying attention to the food instead of talking with some guy.
I don't know what fish is sold out this location but it was not catfish before I made it home it looked like it had shrunk the meat was gone

The chicken is great, nice sized meals for a decent price. The rolls are soft and yummy, always get extra rolls! Stay away from the fish tho. I can't describe the taste but it reminded me of dirty dish soap water for some reason. Service is not that great, typically a long wait but food will be fresh. These people just work here for a check, they do not care about your service experience. Atmosphere... we in the hood soooo yea. Definitely not a high end anything in here. Cheaper then other chicken spots for sure.

The food is always hot and fresh. You may have to wait a while before getting your food since they donāt make it until you order it.
Just drove through. New Foreigner on window. Requested my usual. Today itās a problem. Told guy I donāt eat drumsticks, he said, āI donāt careā. If I order what I want, charge me accordingly. But donāt tell me what I canāt have. As greasy as this chicken is, My Dog loves it, but I just decided the artery blocking, cholesterol giving, and possibly bird flu IS NOT WORTH EATING. With that attitude maybe everyone should go somewhere else where the CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!
