The baked chicken was not cooked with a crisp skin looked with no color. NOTE:CRISP IS OK AT LEAST ON SKIN :COOK LONGER, tasted okay..and did give large portions and was hot cooked..order gizzards,baked chicken and okra (good).
I bought some chicken today. Asked the worker who i think was the owner if the chicken was hot and fresh. She reassured me it was. I get home the chicken breast was dried and could tell it was reheated. I choked on it. I love Hartz and been buying their chicken for probably over 15 years or so and i can honestly say this is the first time i was very disappointed in their chicken. I haven't taste the rest of the chicken so i can't say how that tasted.
This is our to go place on payday. We go at different times of the day and have never been disappointed. It’s always clean, everyone is friendly and food is never cold. Thank you Hartz!
