“I live in Georgia and True food kitchen is my favorite restaurant in Houston. I’ll go every weekend if possible! Food is delicious, I would suggest ordering the ancient grains bowl. Service is great, I always enjoy having Stephanny as my server, she is very kind and helpful. She has the best suggestions ever! 100% recommended!!“

“Absolutely a game changer ! Love all the choices , the customer service and food is fabulous!! They recommended the salmon meals and I will say it is to die for good !!! I used to meal prep all my food and found myself putting sauces all over and it was still not as good as these . I also will say I have another meal prep company 5min from my house but I drive the 45min to this location because customer service and food is just to good .“

“Wow… Just wow! The Açaí Bowl, Peach Mango Quencher, and Oreo Donut are VERY delicious and packed with protein.
I can’t believe this all taste so good, yet has great nutrition.
Think about this… Have you had Smoothie King or eaten the Quest Nutrition protein donut/bars, and tasted the chalky protein in it? THIS DOESN’T HAVE THAT!!! They blend it to perfection!
Highly recommend. Happy customer here and I plan on coming back.

“I work in the Air Liquide building, and this Snap location is a great place to grab a healthier lunch option. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend popping in for a meal! The chicken enchiladas and the blackened shrimp are my favorite high protein, lower fat options.“
“Volgin embodies the message "Food is medicine" and Sasha was so knowledgeable about all their products made with bioavailable grains and vegetables including bread, kvaas, and germinated grains. “I suffered cardiac arrest some months back and just recently started drinking the sea moss lemonade drinks (lemonade head, watermelon ice, tiger eye, & sour sop). When I started increasing my cardio workouts to help with strengthening my heart, I started dealing with dehydration, low energy, & other issues. I looked high and low for 77 stash contact info and was super excited when I found him on IG (I previously purchased his drinks at a gym I use to attend). I immediately placed an order and do so every 2 weeks. After several visits with blood work, my doctor asked me what I do differently, because all of my labs were perfect. The only thing I changed to my daily diet, is the sea moss lemonade. Bryson is so knowledgeable about the ingredients that he uses in the sea moss lemonades. “Extremely happy with quality and taste of the meals, we ordered six different entrees ( lunch & dinner options) and all of them tasted great ! They have different portion sizes which is a great plus. The meals were delivered in a reusable insulated bag which was a nice touch . BRAVO !!! I think my favorite is the beef tenderloin with veggies but excited to taste the rest of their menu !“

“I found this amazing service from an instagram search. We had fruitslala provide us a beautiful table for our wedding. Our guests loved her little fruit cups! She was so sweet and wonderful and gave me and my husband two full jars of her fruit by the end of the night. Wonderful lady and business!“
