His expertise and passion for client satisfaction were evident throughout our first time having lunch at Farro. We had Farro within Understory. It was decent but the quinoa was a little hard (it may have been rice but that was over a week ago) and the salmon was dry. Would return to try another option. Service was nice and efficient. I like the concept.

We had lunch catered by Farro and it was amazing!! Juan and staff were very professional and accommodating to our requests. The setup was lovely and everyone loved the many options they had to build their healthy bowl. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be using their catering service again!
