I sat at the bar today for lunch around 2pm today and had an awesome conversation with the bartender. He was polite, friendly everything I needed as a customer It was a great conversation. The sad thing is, I didn’t catch his name, but looking on the receipt it says server was AM B, he was a very polite young man And I hope this establishment recognizes a good employee when they have one.

Went for brunch before the Texans game. It’s nice that it opens at 10. Looking out over Levy Park was nice. It was a pretty day so the garage doors were open. We ordered pancakes, eggs Benedict, breakfast tacos and the chicken sandwich. We all agreed the chicken sandwich was the best!

Met some girlfriends for happy hour at Hearsay. The cocktails are $10, while small bites are $9. This is a beautiful place with a gorgeous patio facing the park. The service was professional and polite. I had a Pear of Aces, which was a very delicious cocktail with a kick. The food is what lacked luster. We had the deviled eggs, that could use a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning or a pickled onion on top just to elevate the flavor. The beef empanadas were not too bad, however I would suggest to add more than a drizzle of sauce. The cheese steak egg rolls were just ok because I don't really remember the taste. We didn't try the charcuterie board but it looked pretty appealing. Despite the food, I loved the ambiance so I will revisit to try and entree.

Exceptional service (Jayson was phenomenal, his recommendations were spot-on), perfect atmosphere/ambiance (upscale, patio seating, park views), tasty food, well-crafted drinks...very pleased with my dining experience.

Love this place. Been twice in the last week, once for a party (they have a great private party room), once for a lunch with some friends (sat outside). Great food. It's fresh, lots of flavor. The gumbo is REALLY good, and I'm picky about my gumbo. Decent variety of interesting apps also. Both times service was top-notch. Highly recommend.
