My experience with Monarch was a good one. Dr. Kesha Fluellen-Lake was extremely helpful in getting everything processed and we were ready to processed when CFPS did an about face and really confused all of us including themselves: beware of CFPS legal and supervisory roles. My CFPS caseworker was fantastic as was Dr. Kesha. She was professional, helpful, dedicated and above all caring. I highly recommend her and Monarch when pursuing fostering or adoption.
Monarch Family Services does amazing work with licensing kinship families. Nelkasia Graves in the TXPOP department is truly compassionate and very knowledgeable in how to connect the dots in order for children and families with CPS involvement receive all resources they may need.

We have been on quite the journey, and Dr. Kesha and Monarch have been so great to us along the way. I highly recommend using their services. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Kesha on BOTH of our home study/licenses. She has been just a joy to work with; we will always be grateful to her, she's like family!
