The best bbq in Houston! The first time I came here, the meat was so perfectly cooked, flavored, and juicy that I skipped out on bbq sauce entirely and didn’t even miss it. The sides are always as excellent as the bbq, you can’t go wrong with any of them. My step-daughter recommended Henderson & Kane to me. As she graduated from UT and spent additiona years in Austin afterwards, she and her husband, friends, and assorted flock can be BBQ snobs. With her recommendation, I set off from my Galleria location to find H&K. I was expecting the typical packed “run of the mill” Texas BBQ places but instead is is just lake it looks a general store and is bit better.
The Bbq was awesome and the vibe was laid back counter order and then just hang at your table until it comes. You will not be disappointed.
