I was so excited to eat here. I was able to place an order through Door Dash for pick-up at 3:15 pm and stated it would be ready at 3.46. On the website it stated they open at 3. They cancelled the order because we complained and left a negative review at 4:15 pm. Well here’s another negative review. I placed a $100+ order. I previously heard negative reviews but I decided to try them any way. Will never support again.

Supposed to be open at 3pm, placed my order beforehand it’s now 3:45 and no one’s shown up. Very disappointed, if you want Hibachi Bros on a Sunday around 3PM good luck, because they ain’t gone be there!!

Unfortunately, there seems to be a consistent issue with reading and following the order receipt. The receipt is literally printed on the bag, so I can clearly see exactly what was requested. When I order 2 burritos — one with veggies and one without — it is almost never correct. We either receive both with veggies or both without.
While Uber has refunded us multiple times, that is not the point. We simply want our food prepared correctly. The customization option is available for each individual burrito, so it should be a very simple request to follow.
At this point, it’s frustrating to continue paying for orders that are repeatedly made incorrectly. Please pay closer attention to the receipts and make sure orders are prepared as requested.

I got the Chicken entree with fried rice and teriyaki sauce! The only thing preventing a perfect score was the chicken was too dry for me! There were a few pieces that weren’t, but after eating 4 or 5 dry pieces, I just gave up! Maybe try using chicken thighs instead of breast. Food was definitely delicious and packed with flavor!!! I definitely come back and try a different protein.

Didn’t taste anything like hibachi and almost positive I did not receive a “newYork steak” I really wanna say that it was decent but just can’t lie, personally I wouldn’t order again.
Man I was disappointed a I feel like people either be lying on the food reviews or just have never eaten hibachi food. The food was decent at best but definitely didn't taste like hibachi food, my steak was tough, and the yum yum Sauce wasn't the same and I've been to every hibachi restaurant in Houston, multiple shoguns, Benihana's, toros, if your looking for the quick real deal @hibachiwheels @joeonehibachigo on instagram has 30yrs+ in hibachi cooking and they have a hibachi restaurant and hibachi truck that taste exactly how a hibachi restaurant would serve it. At the end of the day the drive was not worth it and I wrote my opinion on their Instagram and was blocked immediately.

Found this food truck on a whim and so glad we did! We had the steak, chicken and shrimp combo plate! Garlic butter sauce was delicious! The guy working register was friendly and working hard to get the orders out!
