Great service, great atmosphere & great food!! I would have given it five stars for the food however I had the garlic ribeye in which the garlic noodle aspect was freaking amazing but the ribeye was chewy as hell. There were a few tender pieces (like 2) but mostly the pieces of meat had a lot of cartilage in it making it chewy and then id have to spit out the web like cartilage excess. I just got through with a sand volleyball tournament at the Decoy so I was so damn hungry I didn't really care too much and wasn't going to take the time to complain and wait for my food to be prepared again. The friends I brought with me all loved their food and we all had a fantastic time!I hope the owner/manager sees this review and improves the quality of the meat that they choose especially in this case. Where ever they are sourcing their ribeye, based on my experience, was low quality. Now keep in mind this might not be the norm however I would be reluctant to recommend the ribeye garlic noodle and instead would suggest others to try the other options of meat because the garlic noodle aspect was absolute bomb!!! Blessings ✨️

Just had an awesome experience today. The service was great. The mozzarella/rib eye fries were ????. The spicy popcorn chicken bites were the truth as well! Will definitely be back.

Came in on March 17,2025 to dine in and eat! I ordered the popcorn chicken (which wasn’t actual popcorn chicken) but I still tried it! I only ate 2 pieces and realized I wasn’t a fan and sent it back to the kitchen. I ended up ordering a pho instead. When the bill came around we noticed the popcorn chicken was still on the tab. I asked the server why is that especially since I didn’t even half the bowl and it was sent back the server said “it’s not our fault you didn’t like the chicken. If we make a mistake it’s on us but if you don’t like it that on you.” Little did they know I have been in the hospitality industry for 7 years and was shocked by that response. When the manager came over he was very understanding and took it off the bill given it was sent back! This place’s needs better training for the staff on what HOSPITALITY is. The guest are always right especially since we are PAYING.

Food was ok we ordered 3 dishes:shaking beef and rice had good flavors beef was a little bit chewy.Pad Thai was good not spicy , a little saucier/ wetter than authentic pad Thai .Orange chicken was good chicken had a nice crunch and sweet .Overall it’s good for the price portion size is big.And you’ll be full. It’s more American style Asian cuisine. If you like authentic Vietnamese food Bellaire restaurants is where the nuoc mam at.

Vegetarian options: Fried Tofu is a must… the best I’ve had thus far. Add the Pad Thai - best vegetarian combo. I will definitely come back.

A good and open place with great pho. I went with my family a bit ago but noted that they had messed up one of their orders. Other than that, everything was great. 4/5 stars.

Awesome, young and energetic ambience with amazing and delicious food. Prices were perfect for such huge and well prepared portions that had many different ingredients alongside amazing presentation and service. Wowed for our visit to Houston by finding this place.

had the pad thai it was fantastic. Will go again. Went there for the first time in February 2024. Average price considering all the inflation these days. Server said they might be starting a happy hour special soon, which I am all about if they do! Recommended as a regular dude who enjoys a good Asian style noodle plate! Will probably do the traditional pho next time. But this time I just wanted a big fat plate of noodlesand, they did not disappoint!Parking: free parking

Although JAM is good, I prefer traditional Vietnamese flavors and menu. I really wanted to try cum dishes but they only had one for $18. The rice with grilled pork chop at Asian Palace is much better. After dining here, it reinforced Asian Palace in GR as my Go To Vietnamese restaurant. The Pho at JAM is just ok for $14 combo with beef and tendon. The bowl was smaller. I'd like to find a Vietnamese restaurant in Houston that offers traditional food.
