It was nice to receive a hot, fresh burger, -- not pressed. However, my expectations fell flat and I was disappointed. If there was cheese in it, I couldn't taste it. I think I did see a couple mushrooms. It certainly fell short of the picture they post.

Got a burger here for the first time yesterday. It was really good. The fries were amazing. But the customer service was bad. The girl was dry and rude with me. She didn’t even say hello when I walked in yet she greeted everyone else after me. When she didn’t understand my order, I repeated it twice and she said “the ingredients aren’t mathing”. The customer service was not a good first impression. But the food was so good so I’ll come back for the food. I’ll just...

Great burgers! We arrive early before our inspection appointment and we were craving a burger and Hippo Burgers was close by, so we gave them a tried! Great thing we did, fries were nice and crispy & season just right. The burger tasted like a nice home made burger. lol told them every time I’ll visit them I’ll be coming here. Thanks y’all!
