friendly service, good food, the flavor of dry hu tieu is close to the dish that i ate in vietnam, but sauce isnt strong enough, still very good though. 1 serve is not too much food so that yall can finish it, the same serve in vietnam, not like other restaurants that is too much food, i cant finish it as a "not eat much" person. the iced tea is good too, the flavor is very strong and i like ityall should try! i'll come back and try the other foods soon!

They have a really nice and comforting Hu Tieu. I always get the one with soup vs dry. Missed them while they were on vacation.

This is the only Mi Go in America that will taste like Mi-Go in Saigon. All other noodles house only serve Hong style noodle soup. Trust me, I had tried every possible noodle house in OC California, NYC, DC, Philly etc, nobody can cook this noodle like Hoa Map.

We love Hoa Map! They always serve great noodles, quickly. They provide kids bowls and scissors too, which helps for our toddler to eat.

Hủ Tiếu Hoà Mập Houston is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and excellent service. The Hủ Tiếu dishes are out of this world—flavorful, aromatic, and truly authentic. The broth is a work of art, and the combination of pork and shrimp is heavenly. Generous portions, affordable prices, and fresh ingredients add to the experience. I'm already planning my next visit to savor more of their delightful Vietnamese cuisine. If you're a food enthusiast, don't miss out on this culinary delight! Five stars without a doubt!
Our first time here. The restaurant is clean; nice service, no long wait. The noodles ( we tried the mi xào do biển, hu tieu go dac biet), they were excellent. Will tell our friends and relatives to come and try . We live in Dallas, definitely come back whenever we travel to Houston.

Had special egg noodles soup, portion is smaller than I expected. The broth is not rich. The restaurant looks clean. Services is ok.

First time at this restaurant. Ordered one hủ tiếu gõ and one mi gõ đặc biệt. Bowls came out and could barely see any meat!! The meat were sliced so thin that the fan could blow it away.No herbs were provided except for cooked bean sprouts and they looked old. Don't plan to come back to this restaurant. There are too many other restaurants in Bellaire that offer higherquality food.

This place was actually recommended by my parents! Dry Hu tieu go was my favorite midnight snack in Vietnam because that was the only time I hear them sell it outside my house. The taste was just like how I remembered, the broth was sweet from the pork bones. The noodles sauce was sweet and savory with the crispy pork skin on top. Hu tieu go is very different from hu tieu nam vang in terms of toppings/sauce/broth. I miss it so much and I wish they have it here on the east coast!
