This is the only Mi Go in America that will taste like Mi-Go in Saigon.All other noodles house only serve Hong style noodle soup. Trust me, I had tried every possible noodle house in OC California, NYC, DC, Philly etc, nobody can cook this noodle like Hoa Map.
Hủ Tiếu Hoà Mập Houston is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and excellent service. The Hủ Tiếu dishes are out of this world—flavorful, aromatic, and truly authentic. The broth is a work of art, and the combination of pork and shrimp is heavenly. friendly service, good food, the flavor of dry hu tieu is close to the dish that i ate in vietnam, but sauce isnt strong enough, still very good though. 1 serve is not too much food so that yall can finish it, the same serve in vietnam, not like other restaurants that is too much food, i cant finish it as a "not eat much" person. the iced tea is good too, the flavor is very strong and i like ityall should try! i'll come back and try the other foods soon!
