WING XSCAPE by Hot Potato 1.2.3. Express

I ordered the steak well done with macaroni and garlic spinach. Shrimp and fries and bread were very good. The steak was well seasoned but a little too charred. Next time I will get med well. I will also try another side. The macaroni was ok. The garlic spinach was ok too. Prices were fair. I will return. It's probably better to call ahead because it took a little while for them to complete my order. Over all it was good and worth the wait.

I came in around 1pm the place was empty with only one table. I ordered a cup of gumbo and it was not the amount that was advertised and it was not hot at all. I ate it anyway because I didn’t want to be a “ Karen “ my son and daughter got burgers that took 35 minutes to come out and it was barely warm. I am a vburg native and have seen many restaurants come and go. The customer service not ok. No one checked back after delivering the food. I had to go ask for mayo and it took forever for someone to bring it. Mind u we’re the only table in here at this point. Customer service and food quality have to be consistent and good for restaurant to make it! And I hope yall do! Sometime we need constructive criticism.

Came in today and ordered my usual and the front staff had a very nasty attitude for no reason and noticeable by other patrons. My food was good as usual but I could not understand why this young lady had attitude, rolling her eyes and all. Gave me the wrong drink just sat my order in the counter and walked away. Usually my service is great but I can do without the nastiness but the food was great!!

I tried placing order on phone at 8:40 but was told no call in orders. So I ran here to place order. Made it at 8:48 when I was informed they are out of potatoes now. I am very disappointed because that could have been spoken on phone.

This place is absolutely amazing! The gumbo was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the wings were absolutely delicious. On top of the incredible food, the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

I almost always cook at home and don’t expect much when I pick up take out food, but the food was delicious. Our order arrived in a reasonable time and everything was just as listed on the menu. I ordered the Baja fish meal and would definitely order again.
