I have been waiting in this new location for over an hour, the young lady Chole is being very professional however your cook staff in the back needs to watch their mouth when customers are asking about their order. I was a regular customer when you were in the mall but I will no longer be coming to your establishment at this current location. Very bad customer service coming from the kitchen!!!

This was me and my husband's first time eating. We were actually excited to eat there. We spent $30+ on a bake potato, lemon pepper wings and barbecue wings. My husband told her it was his first time and he was trying to figure out what to order. She said she couldn't suggest anything so he just ordered what he knew. Never did she tell him he could have gotten the bake potato and wings in a combo with a drink. She was too busy talking instead of trying to help keep a new customer.

Visited The Hot Potatoe for the first time. I must say the customer service was superb! The cashier or lady who ran the front was very nice and patient. The food was excellent. We had Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli loaded Potatoe, Chilli Cheese loaded potatoe, Garlic Parmesan cheese wings. All of it was good. Please try this place if you haven't. I will be returning.
