Okay on Google it is advertised as a 24 hour location. We pulled up about 12. Why did the manager tell us while people were sitting in there eating that after a certain hour its take out only. So disappointing because my pie was as cold as my ice cream.

Thennnn while ordering, I was wondering how my ice cream would be packaged. I asked was it a small blue bell and the manager simple said “no” in a rude tired tone. Lmao it’s funny but like she never continued to say like oh it’s in a cup it’s homemade nothing she just packaged it and said here is your Togo bag. I just hate poor customer service from a MANAGER. And forgot my friends spoon for her order we had to make sure we had Togo utensils. Not worth it for the price or quality.

Definitely not open 24 hours as advertised. Togo only after a certain point. If people want to go food, they’ll just order off the delivery-apps. Staff was nice about it. Not their fault. But adjust your presence as To-go only.

Don’t draw people in just for disappointment. That’s crappy.

Was really looking forward to this place since I love pies! And givin that majority of what they have is pies I was very excited. Unfortunately I was blown away from the pies. The apple crumble was good but nothing outstanding. The lime meringue was a disappointment. Almost no flavour! The whipped cream was atleast good.

Breakfast is always good at this location. Much calmer than the one in the galleria area.

House of Pies has that classic, no-frills diner feel that makes you want to sit down and stay a while. We stopped in for a casual bite, and the service was friendly even though they were pretty busy.

The food was good and came out quick, but the pie was the main reason I’d go back. It tasted fresh, the slice was generous, and there were enough options that it was hard to pick just one. It is a great spot when you want something simple, comfortable, and a little nostalgic.

I’ve been coming for years and had never experienced a night like tonight.
Got here at 10:50pm and left at 11:28pm and only got water because they still hadn’t brought out my wife’s blueberry pancakes or my piece of apple pie. Oh well. Cancelled the order and left. This place has changed. I hope it’s only tonight that they had a bad night.

6/12/26 Drove 30 minutes to get here at 11:51p. Google says 24 hours. They didn’t seat us. Now they are only doing take-out at this time. New ownership has messed up our 25+ year late night breakfast experience.
