I came to the counter and was waiting patiently only to have this female employee try and redirect me to the kiosk to get water because I was holding a water bottle and he assumed I needed water when there’s plenty of free water at the airport. I was looking around confused when she proceeded to say that she is “too busy to help me”. The manager came and said he would help me out as soon as he put down some food but at that time I was too disgusted to even wait for his help. I came later to tell him my complaint and no apology was given for his employee’s bad attitude and distasteful behavior. All he said is I tried to help you. Terrible customer service!

The food was horrible, chicken tough and rubbery. Taste like the grill not flavor. Extremely hard to chew. The prices listed were also different than what I was charged. The server lied and said I was pulling up the outside menu but I checked, double checked and triple checked to make sure I had the right location. Just an all around horrible experience!!!

The man that it was in the register was so absolutely RUDE that it was unbelievable. Early in the morning they were opened, my husband was checking the menu to see what they had, and the man ripped it of from his view and started yelling at him telling him that he could only get drinks from the refrigerator. I was in the waiting area and he was so loud and RUDE that I could hear him. The WORST ATTITUDE YOU CAN FIND. If he was so mad & bitter so early I can imagine later. Obviously my husband wasn’t able to get anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE & ATTITUDE!!!

I had got a Taco order early morning! Jessica from the staff was extremely rude, shouting and yelling at customers is not appropriate. DO NOT recommend this place

Subpar service from worker, Jessica. I asked for a water while I looked over the menu and was told not until I placed an order? Then turned around to serve several others water. I had every intention of eating here until my appetite was spoiled from this clear discrimination.

The food was fresh and tasted good. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!! The staff is very dismissive of you, if you’re just placing an order to go!! They seem to cater to those who are dining in and consuming alcohol. I’m guessing that’s in anticipation of tips but nonetheless we are all customers and should be treated the same!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ENCOUNTER!!!!
