After bringing me a burger with vegetables, even though I asked for it without vegetables, they made me go out to eat my bread outside because the waitress had to clean because she couldn't leave if I didn't go out for her to clean. Really no attitude, terrible worker. There was a girl with curly hair who was very kind and the other girl was the one who was very rude. A disgusting waitress. I spoke to the manager and she was perfectly friendly.

I don't get payed for my ratings but what I say is true kitchen is nasty grill is cross contaminated chicken pork beef has been shit down because coolers are not operating properly and food was still sold

It was at 5- am and they opened up a little coffee stand next to the main restaurant in the Houston Airport. The gentleman gave excellent service. They only offered one size coffee. But they had a all refrigerated section filled with juice and snack options. I was grateful for the coffee stand as there was no other stores open.

Finally a good food experience at IAH. Our waitress, Shannin, was friendly and efficient. The burgers and beer were very good and service was fast. We highly recommend.

I recently dined at [Restaurant Name] and had a rather frustrating experience. I asked for a simple glass of water with ice cubes, only to be told that they didn’t have any ice available. However, I noticed other tables being served drinks with ice shortly after. It’s really disappointing to be given false information about something so basic. If they were just being selective about who gets ice, that’s a serious issue in customer service. This left a bad taste in what could have been an otherwise enjoyable meal.
