I've dined here several times and tonight confirmed for me that I won't be back. Every time I have dined here the cook times for food have been horrendous. There was a woman today who sat after me, as well as another party that was seated after me and before her, and somehow that woman got her food before any of us did. Idk what's going on with BOH or FOH for the coordination to be so far, but good lord I've never had to wait so long. Service is pretty lack...

Flo at Hudson House is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve come across. Super attentive, fast, and actually pays attention to what you like instead of just pouring whatever. Drinks were on point every time and the vibe stayed fun and relaxed. If you sit at the bar, you’re in good hands with Flo.

Tony was my server && she was amazing ! I got the lobster roll & my boyfriend got steak frites. we also got a french 75 and peach bellini which was very good as well. only downside is that she we had to sit outside because inside was all booked up. overall experience was 10/10!
