I know it is airport food, but though the veggies and cheese in the quesadilla were good, the tortillas were not edible. For the price I expected better. No table service really, though the young lady who ran the food out was pleasant.

This place is AWFUL. I saw the kitchen staff cooking food with NO GLOVES and my server kicked my charger out of the wall and broke it. They ran out of CHEESE and CHIPS at a Mexican place and she didn’t come to check on my table ONCE. I had ordered the cantina tacos and they gave me ONE taco for $36. The beers are $20 each worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant in my life. I shook my head to the people who walked in warning them and they could tell immediately walking in it was the right call. -10000 out of 5 stars

Good enough for an airport. It is better than the airplane meal!

I mean it’s an airport restaurant it the quesadillas slapped after a very long flight.

Perhaps with the name Hugo's one has higher expectations. They only offer a couple of tortas and a limited variety of tacos. I had the ham torta and it did not meet my expectations. Not authentic starting with the bread. It was an ok sandwich but nothing more than that. Also the table was not clean.

The food was pretty bad. Breakfast tacos were just watery eggs and bacon for $15

Terrible, we waited for 15 min in the bar the bartender just ignored us came a waitress to talk with her and say her name then I call her by her name finally Nikki came and pretty much took forever to have a drink and $25 for a margarita is too much, wild I was drinking there saw how bad the rest of the costumers been served all the service was pretty lose, we prefer to don't eat there

Hugo's has always had great quality. However, at this location, it is definitely dropping the ball.

Lack of personnel. Tables were dirty, and sections were closed to accommodate for the lack of people.

Of course, service is a complete tragedy.

The food is sloppy and very low quality.. almost embarrassing to the name.

Atmosphere very low morale. Stressed personnel, place is dirty all over.

The app does not work to take orders. Poor lady cannot memorize all orders and goes back and forth. Bringing the items from other guests.

Come on, Hugo.. please...you pay some attention here.
We are paying and expecting your high-level quality.
It's not my favorite anymore.

I walk past this place as they have dropped the ball in what is expected from Hugo’s. There is a major lack of attention and detail in the service and you can tell from the lack of management. It’s almost like they don’t care. They could borrow a page from Ruby’s diner at Bush when it comes to service.
