We did take out from this location. The food was mediocre to say the least. The pricing is outrageous for Vietnamese food, especially with all the options you have around in Houston. The location understandable is not the best, but it was very, very difficult to find a parking. If you looking for convenient within the area, this would be a decent place but if you want good authentic Vietnamese food, you might have to go elsewhere.

We've been back a few times, wish this place was closer b/c we'd go more! Also tried the banh cuon and they were delicious! Ordered the pho again since the broth is always so flavorful and clean.
My first experience with a pho place in downtown was not that great, but Huynh did not disappoint! Service was prompt and polite. Spring rolls tasted freshly made with a hint of MINT, which many places do not do now a days, and we each got our own sauce bowl. I totally forgot to get a picture of the pho and bun bo hue before they were gone! Pho broth was flavorful but not too salty, which was great. Bun bo hue tasted surprisingly refreshing - it had all the flavors but didn't seem like they boiled the bones or added blood into the broth, because the broth itself was very clear. I'm not sure if the bun bo hue tops my favorite yet, so will be back to try again! Overall, great service and great food 👌🏽

Hands down, this spot has the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. The vibe is friendly and welcoming. Several people check on you to make sure you’re taken care of. I highly recommend trying food from southern Vietnam as it’s more spicy than traditional pho. That said the pho was amazing

My recommendation as a truly northern vietnamese: bánh cuốn thịt. The pho broth is good, the cơm bò lúc lắc is ok, my southern friend loves it btw. The service was good and the restaurant is clean and cosy. The food comes out so fast like it takes 5 minutes
