Genuinely love this spot so so much! I lived in Houston for many years and would go here but now since I do not live there I always go here when I am in town! The owner is an angel and everyone should go there to support not just the great food but the owners amazing service and energy!!😄
I’ve never been here personally because I live a far drive away— but I have a friend who will pick up their food before coming to visit often, and it is so delicious. I’m amazed by how good it is every time.

I came here for a quick lunch. It was really nice. Small and welcoming. I never had vegetarian before but i enjoyed it. It was really random for me but made me want to come back to try other dishes they prepare.
It was priced very reasonable.

Love it!
LOVE, love love this place, a vegan’s dream! So many yummy baked goods but they also have groceries I can’t find anywhere else and they offer hot food and drinks/boba. I felt like a kid in a candy shop because it’s impossible to find a lot of these items vegan. Plus the owner was so nice and even made me a hot taro drink which isn’t even a menu item. Plus you can’t beat the prices. Can’t wait to go back 🤤🖤
What a wonderful little shop that’s different from others! I would not have known to go in there if not for my 13 month old son running in there. I’m from out of state and this is my first time in Houston. I was surprised by the sprawling Asian food scene, but most restaurants seem to be similar to the types I’ve seen in California. This place looks basic, but the things they sell are not offered elsewhere. The pastries are generous in size & made with a lot of heart, and the prices are more than reasonable. I wish I could’ve purchased more, but I can’t take much on the plane with a baby. After coming back to the hotel and trying the pineapple cake, I felt compelled to write a good review to support these good people. You can tell it’s made with good ingredients and hand made. It’s not going to look perfect like the gift boxes from friends/family coming back from TW, but the discoloration is the pineapple that has been caramelized. The gentleman was pleasant and soft spoken. I did not feel any bad attitude at all, rather just an honest store clerk who answers your question without trying to upsell. Finally, people who think they don’t know what’s vegetarian do not know Taiwan veganism/vegetarianism. In western cuisines, being a vegetarian means you eat things that do not look like meat…like salads, tofu. And if you were to put it in a meat dish, it would be a non meat item… portabella mushroom burger, jackfruit taco. Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine would put things that look just like meat, but isn’t meat. They even call it “meat”. People who open shops like these are usually vegetarians themselves and would never purchase meat products themselves because of their own belief system. I wanted to point that out to the commenter who thinks they are not real vegetarians. Vegetarian cuisines in TW are often consumed by non vegetarians, so they appeal to everyone by offering things that resemble and taste like meat. Western cuisines are catching up to this idea with Beyond Burgers, but TW cuisines have been doing this for a long time. Again, nice shop with honest folks, so give this small business a try!

This is one of the few places that offer vegan desert. I purchased pineapple cake, a few different types of cookies and a vegan chocalayw cake for a party on doordash. At least one of the pineapple cake is covered in mold. This was clearly not something that developed in just a few days, which makes me question how long it had been sitting on the shelf. I then checked the package and found no production or expiration date, raising serious concerns about their food safety and quality control. This is completely unacceptable.
my favorite bakery in Houston area. It’s very affordable as well.
Not the fresh delectable pastries I was looking for..
If you are a vegan in Houston you have to come here. They have a huge array of different vegan options. Staff is very nice and helpful and the food is delicious. They also have great drinks. Best prices you’ll find for vegan food in Houston. 10/10 recommend.
