CHEAPEST and best baked goods you will find in China Town by FAR! I got a huge coconut bun here for $0.75 the other day!! There have been so many times where i walk out with 3 treats spending only $3.75. Not to mention they are QUALITY baked goods and always fresh and moist.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The prices here are unbeatable. Big selection of savory pastries and some sweet ones. However, the taste is just ok - but considering the price, it’s great value

They have very tasty and affordable vegan and vegetarian Chinese food here.My favorite place for vegetarian food is probably San San Tofu on the Vietnamese side, but this place is good as well and has more options for baked goods and breads. Not that much seating but probably enough for 14 or so people total with very casual seating. I’ve only gotten take out here so far though and tried about 5 different dishes my favorite is the Taiwanese “pork” rice (滷肉飯) and the rice noodle stir fry. There’s a restroom upstairs for the plaza you can take the stairs or elevator or escalator up. The store is located in the plaza but you can’t see it from the outside since this like more like a mall building.5% charge if you use credit card but no extra fee if you pay cash or Venmo I believe. Sometimes they pick up the phone and sometimes they don’t but the cooked food is pretty fast regardless.

I tasted steam buns from this place that my cousin gave to me. In the Philippines we call it siopao. It was absolutely delicious! I was blown away when she told me that it was vegan! I couldn't believe it. I microwaved a bun for 30 seconds and the bread was nice and fluffy and the center was a nice umami flavor bomb in my mouth! I wish I lived closer to this bakery. I would be there every week!

Visited for the first time yesterday, late afternoon. Tried the coconut tart as well as the custard milk bun bread. Pretty good. They have many frozen items as well. I'll try to revisit earlier in the day soon. They may have more selection then. Other than that, this spot is clean. They have many dried items and snacks on the shelf as well.

Great place for a quick lunch! Lots of options under the lunch box menu including a vegan duck fried rice. A ton of vegan baked goods to choose from as well as some tasty fruit teas to go with it. The ambiance is nothing to write home about. It's a small little place inside of a mini mall. But it's well worth a trip to Chinatown for all the vegetarian folks out there.

Vegans beware, because not everything is vegan. My daughter eats vegan mainly due to her severe dairy allergy, and she had a major reaction after her first bite that triggered stomachache and vomiting followed by full body hives! Due to the severity of her allergy, I even asked them about dairy ingredients in everything we bought and was assured they used no dairy. I thought I had finally found a place to satisfy my daughter's sweet tooth. Bummer...

Hidden gem for veggie Chinese food.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and got multiple bread pastries. They were a great size and price. But what I liked the most is their drinks I got 2 iced milk teas and a mango fruit tea which were really good. They weren’t too sweet and best of all they had round ice which is the first place I have seen sell round ice. Deeply enjoyed the place and will definitely come back when in the area.

When you arrive at the Dynasty Plaza, IBUN is located on the first floor nearby the escalators in the center. There’s the sweets section directly to the left, but be sure to also check the shelves on the left, refrigerators on the left and right of the register, and the freezer on the right past the seating area. There’s also ready made drinks and a drink menu.I’ve been going here for years, and I always get my birthday party catering done here! My vegan, vegetarian, and non-veggie friends and family all love IBUN alike. Their savory and sweet selection changes, and it always tastes amazing! The prices here are always affordable, and the customer service is wonderful. I always recommend this place to everyone! It’s family owned and deserves so much love.

This is my favorite bakery ever! Every time I'm in Bellaire, I make sure to go here. When you arrive to the mall, you'll have to go nearby the escalators on the first floor to reach IBUN. There's some seating if you'd like to eat there. The differences between vegetarian and vegan dishes are the V. Everything here is vegetarian, and everything marked with V is vegan.I always get my birthday parties catered by IBUN because their savory and sweet food is wonderful! It's loved by my vegetarian, vegan, and non-veggie family and friends alike.Be sure to take a look at the bakery stand, shelves on the left, the two refrigerators adjacent to the register, and the freezer on the right past the seating! They have a drink menu too.Their prices are so wonderful, and I've been a customer here for years. It's such a wonderful family owned bakery. The customer service is always kind!

Located in the Dynasty Plaza, I Bun Bakery specializes in vegan and vegetarian baked goods and food. They had fresh baked goods in the middle table, dried and packaged goods along the walls, and cooked food on the shelves. This place is also pretty popular for their Asian cakes and had samples at the front counter to view. Prices are decent and there were quite a few options to choose from.

Not sure what the high rating is about. It's a grocery/bakery store inside an outdated mall. Not enough traffic and makes you wonder how fresh is everything. It's all vegan choices so I guess that may be appealing but there's nothing special about the breads. I'd not come back.
