The servers were on the phone and completely unresponsive and unhelpful. The Spanish server was particularly rude. We had ordered a birthday cake, but he informed us that they didn’t offer that. However, our app clearly states that the birthday person receives a free cake. This was a disappointing experience, and we would advise against visiting this location. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the branch could hire staff who are proficient in multiple languages to assist customers with language barriers.

Have been coming to this I Hop for many years. The atmosphere is lighthearted warm and cordial. Staff make you treat you like you are important to them. The service is fast pleasant and the food is very good. And it is important to them that it is as you request it. Enjoy the staff and management. First off the address for this IHOP is 2515 Southwest Freeway. Google maps takes you to Twin Peaks across the freeway for some reason. So I was meeting two other drivers and we all had to help each other get to it. So please fix your Google Maps. The service is really good. The food was OK as well.
