FOOD was AMAZING...
The CUMIN LAMB is life changing good!!!
Atmosphere has gotten a little run down...
so sad the new owners switched to non- halal meat. This place used to be a fave in the Muslim community. now we will have to find other options for Chinese 😭😭
One of the rudest server I have ever dealt with. We came here tonight with my wife and 2 year old son, first they didn’t wanted to seat us coz they were closing in 45 mins. The sever actually called another server to seat us and she right away told us they were closing at 9, basically they didn’t wanted to seat us. After taking us to our table she simple walked off. I have my 2 year old son with me and she didn’t even offer a high chair. When I asked to get a high chair,...read full review

Pepper Twins is a Sichuan style restaurant in Houston. The food is awesome, absolutely delicious, and fresh. The service is fast, and the staff is incredibly nice, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere is better than most Chinese restaurants. Dishes like the Spicy Chicken Cubes, Stir Fried Green Beans, and Lychee Lemonade have great portions for sharing or for lunch the next day. The version of Sichuan "water boiled" beef (水煮牛) is one of the best in Houston, and the fish with pickled mustard (酸菜鱼) is excellent, spicy and sour. The fried spicy chicken cube (辣子鸡丁) is a favorite in town. Beef fries udon noodle is a surprise. The General Tso is really good with just enough spice, and the Steamed Mixed Vegetables are so good that even non-broccoli fans enjoy the broccoli. The Mongolian beef with chicken fried rice is absolutely delicious, with tender beef and a rich, savory sauce. Everything comes out perfectly hot, fresh out of the hot wok. The outside of the building looks dated, but the good reviews may understate how delicious it can be. The menu does not have descriptions of dish ingredients, so asking the waiter is recommended.
