It is unacceptable when you make an order and they give you something different because they don’t have what you order so they give you something different. It cost less than what you order. … And they said let me call the manager for you and I waited there for a little bit and no one show up. I just left. That’s really unacceptable.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant before. We got sat down and it took the server 10 minutes to greet us. After finally getting our drink order, he forgets to bring them to the table for another 10 mins. He takes our food order and then only brings us half the food we ordered to the table. We would've ate what we had if we had silverware but even trying to get other servers attention wasn't working. As a server myself I understand getting busy but if you can't handle two two-top tables then maybe this job isn't for you. Also the plate my food was served to me on was dirty with strawberry sauce. I was not going to be paying for food that was on a dirty plate, and that I couldn't even eat. I am honestly disgusted with this place. I will never be coming back here.

It's been a little while since I've stopped by the HOP on Fuqua, but tonight reminded me why this place is my go-to after work comfort stop. I ordered my all-time favorite the (Breakfast Sampler) and let me tell you, it was just as fresh, hot, and satisfying as I remembered. Every item or the plate was cooked to perfection. From the crispy bacon to the fluffy pancakes, it hit the spot! I usually come at night, and that's honestly the best time. It's quiet, practically empty, and I always get my food quickly without any delays or distractions. The service is smooth and respectful, and I appreciate how relaxing the vibe is. No noise, no fuss just good food and good service in a calm setting. Big thanks to the night staff for consistently delivering a great experience. IHOP on Fuqua, you've still got it! I'll be back again... and again.

There is a waitress on Fuqua that has all the employees scared of her. She is so loud. She cusses. (Maybe she was mad that day) I always ask NOT to be put in her section. My Sirloin steak bites and eggs had to be sent back 3 tines because I wanted medium well. I finally asked for it to go, and it was corrected. I will be back.

We had breakfast at ihop a couple of days ago after dropping off a friend at the airport. The food was good and warm, pretty big portions as well. Our server was a very kind and involved dude, i dont remember his name. If I had any comment it would be that we got a little emotional while we ate and he was always asking if we needed anything, and I think at that specific moment it might have been a better idea to give us some space, but it's all good, he was always checking up on us. I had a good time and would come again.
My only real complaint is that it was cold as hell when we got there, I had to run to my car to get some blankets foe my friends because we were wearing sunny day clothing and were not ready for that AC.
Anyhow, I commend ihop for their service and will return if I'm ever in the area.

Service was ok but the food was a different story. My wife order her breakfast and we specifically asked for egg whites very well done. They brought out scrambled eggs. Took it back and they gave her a blob of runny egg whites that just did not look appetizing. The pancakes were cold like they had sat at the window forever waiting for the other food or for the server to pick up. They at least took my wife sampler breakfast off of the bill so that is why the service got 3 stars. Not returning. I remembered why I stopped visiting IHOP. They are nowhere near the same quality as the years prior.
