Despite being extremely busy on a Saturday morning, the staff here was very efficient & friendly! Food was good as well as portion size sufficient. My entire family enjoyed eating here.
The waitresses stopped giving me all my change when I pay in cash so I stopped going. For some reason they think they are entitled to make decisions about my money for me. I was a regular but after the 3rd time I stopped going and won't be back for a while.
Not so busy as usual. Got seated right and immediately our wait person greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and introduced herself as Katherine Elizabeth. She listened as we voiced our request and everything was very timely. Our hat is off to Ms. Elizabeth.
Today’s visit was great!We were attended by Kathryn. Great personality, friendly and soft spoken. Kathryn was quick to cater to our requests. My kids liked interacting with her. Something that usually doesn’t happen they even commented on how she has a “nice personality”. Hopefully she’ll continue to be here on our next visit.

It was warm inside and asked if they could turn on fans they said yes but never turned them on. Waitress was like a ghost. Had to ask for refills, napkins, and sides! It was 1 pm and maybe 5 customers with plenty of wait staff.

We have found a great place for Brunch in the Northwest Houston/Cypress area at a reasonable price. IHOP at 13335 FM 1960. The food will be cooked to your request and ready quickly. If you can make it between around 11 AM to early afternoon (brunch-time) ask for Katherine to be your server. She is very personable no matter how crowded the place is. She always gets the order right and is very pleasant. If you think IHOP is below your standards, you should give this one a try. You will be pleasantly surprised. The kitchen has always been very clean and all of their staff is great to be of service including the managers if needed.The Poblano Spicy Eggs Benedict are a favorite along with other items like, the Split Decision, 2-2-2, French Toast (try the strawberries version). Just try what you think you might like.
