Good service and good food, but why is there no AC in this place? People are drinking cups and cups of hot coffee, and putting hot sauce on their food, and it's hot and stuffy inside! Turn on the AC!!!

Very busy. Had to wait a while before putting in order. Waited on the table that sit down after us. Had to ask for a waiter. Food was great! Just expect to wait!

Great Spicy Poblano Omelet. What I like about IHOP is consistency of their dishes. I always get what I expect so I'm never disappointed. The service is generally very good. This location is kinda small but I'm willing to overlook this.

The food is okay! The waiter is nice but doesn’t get the order correctly! The bill was wrong , the place ripped us off! We ordered a craft white wine. I specifically ask how much because it is not on the menu. The waiter came told us $17 , the bill come is $37 for a barely little over half craft white wine, we even did not drink it! We ordered Philly’s, end up they bring us Philly and extra cheese burger! Also we had a Tuna melt. Total bill $87 plus $10 tip $97! What a ripoff place! I had been eating there since 80’. It was nice hangout close to midnight and after!

This restaurant seems cramped and was very loud. I ordered the 2x2x2 and had to ask for my pancakes because they weren't brought with my eggs and bacon. I ordered a side or hash browns extra crispy and they were barely browned at all. The other person in my party ordered an egg white omelet and it seemed not all the egg was cooked. We had to catch another worker to ask for to-go boxes and our check as our waitress hadn't returned to the table in quiet some time.
