It's not like it used to be ? the fries over cook, and I asked for not pickles. I opened by burger, and then they were nasty pickles. I paid just to put in a trash can my food . Never again.

Love love loveThe staff was so nice and patience even though I ordered my food incorrectly they double checked with me and I got exactly what I wanted. the food was delicious and the place was very clean
Fries are never hot enough ot fresh which is surprising they are so busy. I guess they are getting ahead of themselves making fries instead of spending a little more time making them hot for customers. But, you can’t complain. It’s the cheapest place to eat these days and the best burgers! Simple menu is less stressful.

the food at this location is okay - good but not great, but i’m also a california native. i ordered in the drive thru. the lady at the payment window and the lady at the food window were extremely sweet. the guy standing outside working the drive thru was rude - looked at me crazy and barely gave an answer when i asked if this is where i ordered. they prob had him outside bc no one likes his attitude. someone smile at this guy or give him a hug.
Great cheese burger and fries! Everything was FRESH - tomato, lettuce and grilled onions, Animal style! I’m so glad there’s an In-N-Out in Houston area.

I'm from Italy and we can't find this In-N-Out Burger chain in Europe. I take advantage of my short stay in Texas to try this Fast-Food.The burgers are delicious and the fries are also really delicious, I didn't think so!The premises for corporate choices are very simple and with few decorative elements: almost "cold" but it is a distinctive feature of this chain.Drinks are taken from a dispenser.Satisfied!Parking: Public parking for customers, free parking spaces available
