I’ve been wanting to try this place for a few months now and decided to make the drive from Cypress. Google Maps said they were open on Sundays 5p-11p so we went (Sunday April 23). Lights were on the food truck but it’s closed. Dissapointed.
The food was fresh and made to order. I could still see the steam coming out the plate when I picked up my order. The ingredients were prepared perfectly. This is a hidden gem in the heart of Alief. ?

Came to try the food and no ones here, lights on but closed up. Frustrating, drove 30mins to try because google maps says their open till 11pm todayCame back today Friday 3/10 and closed again
It’s the cheese pull for me!! If you found them on IG, like I did… I promise you, everything was as delicious as it looks! Every bite was delicious. It was made to order right there on the spot. And the staff were SO friendly and accommodating. Fresh. Authentic. Homemade. I had the spaghetti and meatballs (which were delicious and HUGE) and the fried mozzarella. Next time I’ll go earlier so I can catch the 1lb stuffed meatball before they sell out. Def will be going back and back and back. Highly recommend!
Great Italian food especially the cheese sticks & famous meat ball sandwich. Will visit again and again.
Amazing food, music and very friendly people love it here. Highly recommend rice balls and kings sauce, meatballs and spaghetti
