Drive trucks and start work at 3am doors are suppose to be open at 6 , 6:30 comes and lobby still locked!

I work early but almost every morning when I try to go through the drive through between 3-6 am there is always an issue! 1- the systems are down 2- we can only take cash but when you get to the window n pay they can’t give a receipt which makes me think they pocket the cash and just make the food 3- in the mornings around this time if you do get food it isn’t the right order they just throw something in a bag and give it to you! No one here wants to work and it is sad !

The employees were more worried about their conversations than getting orders out, very dry, and not friendly. The tacos I received were almost burnt and had a bitter taste and they charged me for condiments that most Jack in the Boxes don’t! $0.81 for buttermilk!!!!

I order the number 3 combo a bacon and Swiss buttery smashed jack and when I got home my burger had NO CHEESE!! NO SAUCE only little mayo !! Did not enjoy eating my burger like that !
