I like jumbo jacks but I hate cheese on my burgers and mayo. When I order a jumbo jack with mustard and no mayo and no cheese why is it soooo hard to make it that way? So now I get home and there is not 1 but 2 slices of cheese on my burger that I now have to throw away, it can’t be that hard to get an order correct can it?

I live in this area and sometimes i go through the drive thru to get curly fries and cheese. The staff and manager at 2:03am was very rude from being to end. I was trying to place a order of a large curly fry and a side of cheese and i just started getting a lot of feed back in the mic like 2 people were talking at the same time so i pulled to the window and was greeted with horrible customer service i had to ask “Ricky” i doubt if he told me his real name if i did something to offend him because why are you being rude to me. I asked to speak to the manager who said his name was Mike and he was just as bad. I’ll definitely be calling corporate. No one should be greeted with rude staff and attitudes. I understand yall serve fries but we are the consumers that keep the business open and a paycheck in your pocket. I didn’t order and i wont be back until they’re gone from that location. I wished my man was with me I don’t think they would have been so rude especially for no reason

The most INCOMPETENT workers ever! Curly fries were cold so I had to go back for fresh ones. Didn't look at my breakfast jack until I put mayo on it. These idiots put SCRAMBLED EGGS on my breakfast jack. It's supposed to have a fried egg! I couldn't go back again because I live 30 minutes away and was on my way home! Money wasted!!!!!

We stopped here on our trip to Houston because we hadn't been to a Jack in the Box since living in Los Angeles! The store was clean enough. Service was good. Food was... well, it's Jack in the Box! We had the Sourdough Jack combo, and it was exactly what we remembered it being. All in all, a good visit. We ate inside and had a good quick stop.
