We visited this restaurant for a corporate event and have a complaint regarding the parking situation. We were told free parking was available however the parking lot next to the restaurant was valet only, any available (legal) street parking was full when we arrived as well as when we left, and the neighboring hotel either did not allow or have available parking for the public. I give this place 5 stars for atmosphere and service. Liked the gulf oysters a lot, but some of the other food our table got was 5 stars on presentation, but not as good as it looked. Would not get the fried rice with crab again. Or the fish tacos. The poke bowl was good and light. The gumbo was good.

Very slow service. Staff is not friendly or courteous. Missed refills, delivered wrong orders, and extremely disorganized. Valet service was dead slow. I took my car from valet parking. I am not going to visit there and would not recommend it unless management improves the above factors.
