The Omni Houston Hotel has undergone impressive renovations and repairs since Hurricane Harvey. It boasts an excellent location, convenient to both the Galeria and Downtown areas. The hotel features one of the best outdoor pools in Houston and an outstanding staff. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's pricing policies, including charges for parking and high prices for food and drinks. Despite this, the hotel's friendly staff and comfortable rooms make for a pleasant stay. The hotel's secluded location provides a peaceful retreat from the city, and the staff, including Blanche, are always willing to help. While some areas, such as the rooms, may be due for an update, the Omni Houston Hotel remains a solid choice for travelers.
