If it weren't for the service, I would rate it higher. The restroom was closed when I went to wash my hands before sitting down to eat. And I substituted the water from the fountain. They said that the floor was moist. They were informing other patrons that it was closed. I finally asked to be let in after eating. The food was excellent other from that. Had placed an order for two tacos and a Cluck Sandwich Combo ?. delighted in.

I asked for ranch for my tacos but had also ordered an egg roll.. they were only giving me sauce for the egg roll.. they wanted me to pay extra for ranch.. I also got fries and didn't take ketchup for them ?

This place is (A+) in customers service i had a problem in my mobile order and all of them try to solve it from the drive tru lady to the main manager. I don't like to recommend fast food places but this jack at san felipe and 610 freeway is the best in houston great customer service and friendly staff. I allways use the drive tru but today i went inside it was super clean. The food was good as allwas.
