Vibes. Loved it here.
I do think the ambiance of Ciel is cute. However the food and drinks in my opinion are overpriced. The apps and drinks took a while to come out. Also the vibes as far as music is a hit or a miss depending on who’s the DJ for the night. I’m sure here’s wonderful for happy hour though.
I loved Ciel, the staff was sooo amazing to me on my birthday, they were so kind and the food was great to me.
The only thing I’m kinda sad about is there was barely anyone and no dancers ( I wanted to see them dance ) but other than that I had a great time and I will be back soon :)
