Ciel used to be our favorite fine dinning place until yesterday. For a party of 3 we spent $450 and received extremely poor service. Our reservation was at 8.30PM Friday. I reserved it for a birthday party celebration and left a note during my reservation but the management did nothing about it. It was just a regular dinner for us but an expensive one. I do think the ambiance of Ciel is cute. However the food and drinks in my opinion are overpriced. The apps and drinks took a while to come out. Also the vibes as far as music is a hit or a miss depending on who’s the DJ for the night. I’m sure here’s wonderful for happy hour though.
