Walked in and was completely ignored. Didnt even get to order because I was standing waiting to be asked to order For 10mins with no other customer inside!!, everyone was just looking at me and walking around. They move EXTRA SLOW. (Drive thru move just as slow even f your the only car) ALL I WANTED WAS A DAMN DRINK. Everytime I come for lunch it’s never a difference. Worse fast food place ever.

I can't make this up. The two employees tonight were too busy buying makeup from a woman at the drive-thru, selling it out of her trunk! They weren't taking orders at the speaker box, they were asking everyone to drive to the window. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to finish shopping and socializing, the car in front finally moved. You'd think they were back to work. NOPE! I ordered 10 tacos, that's it, easy stuff. I got all 10 UNCOOKED! I couldn't be more glad I didn't order combos or anything else. What happened to this place? It was so good about a year ago. It is unfortunate it's the only fast food restaurant in the area. 20 minutes, for uncooked tacos. Unbelievable.

DON'T GO HERE after the sun sets. You won't get served. The employees do their best to hide from customers. Lights are on but nobody's working. The morning is best if you actually want to order something.
Trouble ordering from drive through. Barely respond. Couldn’t order because no response . Horrible. Called and no answer.

Paid extra for onion rings they don't have onion rings paid for a large drink coke machine not working ask for no lettuce on my tacos got lettuce on my tacos asked for no tomatoes on my burger got tomatoes on the burger all after waiting 10 mins to be acknowledged by someone and listening to what I assume is the manager cussing up a storm in Spanish

Just so corporate knows this locations decide when they want to close. They close at 11pm however I showed up at 9:49pm on 11/21/2024 and the ladies said they are closed because the chef decided to leave. I didnt know fast food restaurants had chefs

I've been coming here every Sunday for a few weeks now since it's on my way to my job. Two weeks ago, they burned & overcooked my meat lovers burrito. The cheese had just been thrown inside the burrito, one sad piece of bacon, burnt tortilla, overcooked eggs, it was miserable for $6!! Last weekend I gave it another try and submitted a mobile order successfully and I arrived to an empty and sad restaurant. The whole place was closed with no one in sight, not even a manager. Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I'll go to a different location that has their stuff together.

Most of the time they get your order wrong. Equipment is always broken. There is always an ice shortage. People working there don't have a clue, just getting a paycheck. I would pay them $20 an hour to quit.
