I walked to this place a few times to get something to eat at 8pm, and they had the inside closed when it supposed to be open until 10pm

The 50 something looking black female with red braided hair and missing front teeth working the drive thru at 1:30am on Sunday 12/21/25… rude as all get out.

I asked her for 3 taco sauces at the speaker, her response was, “We ain’t about to count out taco sauces.” I then received my bag of food with no taco sauce in it, along with grease dripping all inside of the bag and all over everything in the bag, from the Nashville hot cheese sticks.

This is a exactly why this woman is working, and will always work, at a Jack in the Box at her age. Then there is the fact that she can’t even get something so simple as an order correct.

Walked in and one young lady was on her phone we waited. Finally she looked up @ us and walked away to get out of our view. Older lady (maybe the cook) just looked, no one greeted us they actually did NOTHING. Both ladies were Spanish

Wait at drive through was 12 minutes. Made me late for a meeting.

Quick late drive thru visit with family after 12 hour shift.. ect.
Overall visit was satisfactory.... Food 90% only because we had a missing item but food was still hot and enjoyable.
Customer Service 70% because employee looked miserable and appeared judgmental when giving uncomfortable glances at me and my husband.
100% understand to be exhausted and not enthusiastic because I too work at a fast paced food chain so I completely understand but the judgmental glances I disagree with

Lady at the DT was rude, didn’t even green us over the speaker. Just said that they shutting down no orders.

Stopped at 5am on Sunday Nov 2nd. Google says the restaurant is open 24HRS. The lady said they were shutting down and not taking orders very rudely.

Got the signature mocha iced coffee I asked for no ice and this is actually why.. Not only did she completely fill my cup up with ice but it tasted like an old blend... I would know I've been buying it for 10 years. And I like to buy it from all Jack in the box locations. So sad. The mini tacos are normally great here, So I will give them that.

I've never been disappointed from this location. Great food and very friendly staff. Restaurant is always clean. I'm there all the time and have never had a bad experience.Great place....❤️
