Super Disappointed since this was my go to. Customer service is Trash here. I walked in since the drive though line was not moving with only a few cars in the line. I walk in and they said we’re not taking orders in person you will have to go in the drive though I walked away 5/6/25 @1:35pm.

I have a brother in law that has had 9 strokes within a year. So he. An not move his arms very much and it.is hard for him to see. Every where we go if I order a burger for him I ask for it to be cut into 4's. Well our experience here at jack in box worst customer service ever. No sympathy towards humans and especially ones with disabilities. They would not cut the burger into 4's because they said computer only allows them to be cut one time. They could not take the extra time to accommodate their guests. The food order was wrong and they laughed about it. But of course they had no punishment. So my experience is lower than one star

Fresh and tasty food, friendly and efficient service. Staff member made a mistake with my order but offered me a free item to make up for it, honest mistake and they were straightforward about it and apologised. Would definitely come back

Trash trash trash. Slow slow slow, come at breakfast sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes, come at lunchtime it’s 20 minutes. Sitting at the mic for like 10 minutes before your order is even taken. A joke lol.

I ordered online. It's extremely efficient. The person at the window was kinda despondent. I felt bad for them. They got my order correct. I guess that's all you can really expect. No hello or thanks.
