What else can I say? It’s literally a little cart selling corn… and somehow it’s serving better corn than some restaurants. 🌽
Don’t let the appearance fool you. This place is proof that the sketchier the cart looks, the better the food usually is. You load it up with all the fixings exactly how you like it, and every bite is worth it.

Don't let appearances fool you. This little metal food truck tucked behind Fiesta may not look like much, but it serves some of the best Mexican roasted corn you'll ever eat.
The owner only accepts cash, and honestly, nobody seems to mind. The corn is so incredibly delicious, generously prepared, and reasonably priced that people happily wait in line, often standing in the Texas heat, just to get their hands on it. If it weren't that good, those lines wouldn't exist.
