By far some of the best roasted corn in Houston. Anytime I visit willowbrook area I make sure to visit.Whole roasted corn not out of a can like some places. You get to add your own toppings to make it exactly how you want it. Word of warning: the hot sauce is hot! I can handle heat pretty well but if you put more than a teaspoon or two of it, you will probably be regretting it by the time you get to the bottom of the cup.
We were in area and found this through map search of Yelp! Don't usually do food trucks, even from 'food truck capital' (Portland, OR), but wanted a local snack while on way to airport. Saw the line and hoped for the best...and pleasantly surprised! There is no other elote shop in tx that this one cannot top. Thier customized corn roaster does all the work and the smokiness is well infused with the corn itself. Add all the usual toppings mayo butter Parmesan cheese, spicy tajin lime and lemon pepper, and the result is the best tasting, most unhealthily good tasting corn that you’ve ever had.
