I can't complain with this one as the service is full of life and not folks who hate this place. (To my eyes anyways) gave me what I want quickly and very courteous about it. Not like that black Lil bish who hates her job and wish she could be at her boyfriends house.

The food was soggy and the hamburger meat was red and cold and my drink had mold in the cup and my chocolate overload cake had mold in it . Never go back to that place and the lady called me papi .!!!!!

When I went to the drive-thru the Mexican lady was rude at the speaker and at the window she lied about giving me pepper and napkins also and she gave me old fries that were cold and hard curly fries my favorite but they were awful and hard as a rock I paid good money for this food and got the worst service ever and food Jack you have to do something about this. This has happened to me in about three of your stores. I love the food but I can no longer return for bad food and service Sorry,, Steven L

I agree with some previous reviews. They often claim they are only open for uber eats and door dash which makes zero sense especially with y’all saying it shouldn’t be that way in your replies to negative reviews. Either hold the employees accountable or make it so this location is no longer 24 hours.
This JIB was located by the airport (hobby)went through the drive thru and the employee taking our order was very courteous and nice.

This location and another close by location state that they are open 24 hours in the drive thru but every attempt I've made at ordering they say that they are either closed for training, the system is down or they are only doing uber eats. Typically this is from 2 am until 5 am. The last time the employee asked me how he could help, then said "I forgot our system is down. We are closed until 5 a.m" which doesn't make sense. Yet there was a uber car infront of me picking up orders. Very unprofessional
